Nylon Mesh Filter Screen With Mesh Openings 16-1500 Micron In China

Nylon filter mesh is the most popular and economical synthetic fiber filtrtion mesh. Thanks to the wide variety of filament diameters and opening sizes, Share's nylon filter fabrics are used in many industrial filtration applications, but also printing and decoration.

After weaving, several treatments can be performed depending on the final applications. The most common is a dimensional stabilization treatment(Heat setting) to ensure that the fabric maintains a precise and even mesh opening. The filter mesh can also be calendered, processed with a hydrophobic or hydrophilic treatment (on request) or treated to be safe for food contact.
